Barbara Kruger: Thinking of You. I Mean Me. I Mean You

Spanning five decades of incisive and iconic work, this comprehensive volume celebrates Barbara Kruger’s pioneering practice, published in collaboration with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Since the mid-1970s, Kruger (b. 1945) has challenged power structures and social norms through her signature graphic style, blending text and image to explore identity, desire, and consumer culture.

Highlighting the adaptability of her site specific works and including a curated selection of texts chosen by the artist, the volume demonstrates how Kruger’s piercing visual and verbal language continues to resonate with urgency in a rapidly evolving cultural landscape.
